Good afternoon @user_3b0c8e! We have a couple different options for returning equipment. You could bring the router to a local Xfinity Service center or to a UPS store. Our awesome partnership with UPS makes it to where the cost of shipping is covered and they provide the packaging and return label! Alternatively, we have our Digital Return Center.
