Where do I make a formal complaint about a customer support rep?
I called in again today about a billing issue I have been calling about since October 2024 with no resolution, and was once again told I would see a credit on my account within an hour if I looked online, only for it to once again be a LIE. The rep was also rude, apethetic, claimed to be a supervisor and also not have a supervisor (total malarky!). I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and have xfinity EVERYTHING: tv/ internet/ mobile service x 4/ security cameras etc etc, but I am about to the point of cancelling it all! 4 hours and 11 minutes I have spent on this and then to be treated the way I was today... I am so over it.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
