where do i get my support transcrips

I'm officially requesting all support transcripts from for my account starting the 21 until now.  I am done playing with you people i have been loyal forgiving and even seared people towards xfinty mobile for 10 years to be treated like trash and having my integrity questioned every day for the last week .  no more i will not stand for that from any one else in my life why dose you company think they can do it.  [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
