Where do I file a complaint about a customer support rep?

Hi

Just had a bad experience on the phone. The call was going fine, the rep put me on hold to finish processing the order, and several minutes later, he comes back on the phone and starts speaking to me in Bangali. I said, what's gong on here? He continues speaking to me in Bangali. I then asked if he spoke English, and he replied with a "yes". I asked what happened to the Comcast rep, and I was told that I was calling some Spanish something or other.

Where do I file a complaint about this rep?

  •   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it
