Where did the quality of service and support go?!
For the last year my internet has sucked. Goes out almost daily and I work from home! Imagine being in the middle of your therapy session and then it’s just silent because their internet cut off!!
imagine paying to stream you favorite teams game, or it’s the Super Bowl and just as your team is about to pull ahead your internet goes down…
and all you get is a funky text saying sorry for the inconvenience. EVERY SINGLE TIME! 12+years of me and Comcast/Xfinity. Most toxic relationship I’ve been in.
Called in and between the rude representatives (saying no anything to get you off the phone, making false promises like saying my account will be credited, or just leaving me on hold forever, music blasting on their backgrounds while we are speaking) and lack of support, I will be looking for a new internet provider.

They must have the worst customer service care ever. Or no care for customer. And of course, probably 90% of their staff work from home, that's why they always place you on hold and takes much time to pull up your account information. This work from home has made customer service terrible and created a lazy workforce.

user_bd2mve. Thank you for sharing your experience, and I sincerely apologize for the frustration you've endured. I can certainly understand how disruptive it is to lose your internet connection during important moments, especially while working from home, attending a therapy session, or trying to enjoy an event you've paid to watch. Having this happen repeatedly over an extended period is understandably upsetting. I'm also sorry to hear about your experiences when reaching out for support. That's not the level of service we want our customers to receive. We'd like to help! Are you currently experiencing a disconnection? Or has the interruption been resolved?
