Where can I use this card?
I received a $100 promotional card.
So far, I've tried to use it at:
- A gas station
- A small local business
- A local grocery store that does accept both credit and debit cards
- On line store
- Target
Not one of them will accept the card.
It's registered and shows a $100 balance

I am sorry to hear that @wallyobrien! This is very odd. Since it does show that the card is registered, there should be an 800 number on the back of the Visa Gift card for support directly from Visa. Have you attempted to contact them?
