Where can i get someone who can asnswer why my internet/ area has outage for weeks now ?
If there were any other internet providers in my area, I would have left Xfinity long ago. For weeks now, I’ve been dealing with repeated outages here in New Jersey, which has been a huge issue since I work from home. Their customer service is frustrating—there’s no way to reach a human on the support line, and the automated system just hangs up no matter what options I try. Even when I do manage to connect with someone, they don’t provide any real answers; all I get is the same scripted line: “Our technicians are working hard; it should be fixed soon.” No one can explain the root cause of these frequent outages, and with no natural disasters or major events affecting the area, it’s hard not to wonder if this is due to sheer incompetence.
I wish someone could step up to this tyranny.
