Where are the LIVE REPRESENTATIVES?????

Whoever made the decision to ONLY allow customers to “chat” (jits a total joke) with the automated system made a huge mistake!!! I am livid !!  There is no live person chatting with you and the options are NOT HELPFUL!!! At this point I am considering canceling my service for this reason. 
I have overpaid my bill and there is NO ONE to talk to about this . I need a question answered that the “chat bot” can’t answer!!!!!!!!  You used to be able to get live technical support … not anymore. I AM DONE!!
