Where are the HUMANS

It's so hard to reach a live (with a heart beat) agents to help. But you can always get a live agent to call you if your bill is behind. SMH. Loss cable and Internet service on July 3rd about 9pm pm due to weather they say but the weather had ended shortly before 9pm. Kept getting messages until 2pm on July 4ththat once bad weather end and is safe for worker they would start working on resolving the problem. Well, the bad weather ended over 15 hours ago. How much safer do it need to get. I believe it's due to the holiday. Please any new customer do your research before choosing XFINITY. If their Internet speed, cable package cost is best deal then choose them but be warn customer service and talking to a live person is VERY HARD.  Hope they get it together because I been a loyal customer for over 10+yrs and now thinking about leaving.
