where are my promised visa gift cards

I need help actually receiving gift cards promised when I switched my service over to Comcast, EIGHT months ago.

I am editing this because I cannot reply to the comment below. 

You could help by calling me regarding where to ship the promised visa cards.

I see that you have not received your gift cards for switching service, thank you for letting us know. Rest assured, our team is here to help. Have you previously tried checking our incentive tracker https://www.xfinityincentivetracker.com/track? Gift cards are typically delivered via email, did you check your junk/spam folders?

Yes. There appears to be no record of my account AT ALL on the tracker. 

I switched 2 phone lines from Verizon to Comcast on May 9th and was promised (2) $300 gift cards at that time by a sales person named Douglas [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I spoke with him again on July 2nd and he told me it would take a little time.  I am checking my email now, but certainly you should be able to resend gift cards that have not been used.  Can you let me know which email they were sent to?

Thank you for letting us know that you checked the incentive tracker @user_o48s2y and that the gift cards were for switching your mobile lines. The gift cards would have been sent to the email address listed on the account. We can get a ticket submitted to our dedicated fulfillment team though to investigate your gift card concerns further and see if we can get those reissued. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account?

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

Also - my spam folder is set to delete emails after 30 days, so if they were sent this way (I was told they would be mailed) they are likely long gone.

Can you just resend them?  I have NO EMAIL visa gift cards.  I am not exactly sure how you use a visa gift card electronically - but would like them all the same.
