When Xfinity is doing work on private property why don’t they follow the law and inform homeowners that work is being done ?
Xfinity has Ben working on my property most of this summer. They had originally placed a door knocker on my front door the first time. After that they have NEVER made us aware that they were coming. In a couple of instances they never came in their two week window to do the work. There is NO respect for the law, nor is Xfinity -Comcast a good neighbor! Common courtesy is important and there no such term in Comcast’ vocabulary!

Hi there, @user_ae5bd5! Thank you for your feedback that you are not getting any notifications when work is being done on your property. We can further investigate this further and ensure you are getting a knock at the door or a door tag. Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.
