When will you fix our internet?!

Due to the weather our internet has been out for 3 days. I need to work and order my meds and I can’t do that until it’s fixed. The ice is completely melted here so I don’t understand why it hasn’t been fixed already. Please let me know an estimate please because all I’m getting in response is “it will be fixed as soon as possible”. I need an actual time frame because my meds are what help me walk, I can’t order them without my internet and that means I’m literally stuck in bed the entire time it’s down.

Hello there, @Kaile420. I am extremely sorry for any inconvenience this downtime has caused. I know how important our internet is for all of our customers. You can track the status of the interruption from our 'My Account' app or by checking our website here https://comca.st/2N9zaYV

When any estimated timeframe becomes available, it will appear through the app or online.

I am in the same situation.  Xfinity intenet has been in and out the last 3 days and it is only becoming worse.  I keep getting automated messages that they are working on the problem then more automated message that the problem has been fixed only 1 hour or less later for the internet to go out again and the same message that they are working on the problem.

If you fix it then fix it.  It should last more than  1 hour!

My neighbor allowed us to use their CenturyLink Wi-Fi during the storm, until Comcast can finish repairs.
I'm wondering if you may have a neighbor willing to share their CenturyLink Wi-Fi or other service provider connection with you until your connection is repaired.
