When will Xfinity Honor My Credit?

I had a special student offer with Xfinity Internet in September 2024. The sales rep told me a $300 cash back would be applied to my account after 3 months of use. But until now I don’t have anything. I contacted Xfinity live agent on the app on February 12 and agent Sharad said he they would send an email to me with next steps. I asked if I could stay in chat until I successfully receive it but was refused. Today February 21 I contacted live agent again and my conversation was ended without my consent. After all these frustrations I have, I would like my question to be answered: Can I get my cash back, please?
