When will my outage be resolved?
Xfinity has been out since storm on 8/27. Please advise on when this will be resolved. There are no updates...just an outage map. I can't talk to any one in Customer Service.

@user_5r949y Hello and good afternoon. Thanks for posting and sharing your experience, we know how important it is to be connected again asap. We all work form home and it is vital. I mainly connect with friends and family online, and rely on my Xfinity connection 24/7. We are working hard to restore service, and our techs are putting in overtime to make it happen quickly. Check out what we do here https://www.xfinity.com/response, and click on the link to add your number. That will notify you of any updates immediately. It is managed by the techs on the ground, so you'll know of any changes once they have any to share. I know waiting is no fun, but we do appreciate your patience a ton. The Status page will also be a good spot to request the credit for the downtime once everything is officially working again. Use that in the link to ensure that window of time is adjusted off the bill. Hope everyone is safe, and that you get cooler weather soon.
