When will I receive my equipment?

I am writing to inquire on when the new router I ordered from XFinity will ship and be delivered to my place. I completed the process of ordering a new plan and received confirmation of my order on April 2nd, but I haven't received a shipping update or any information related to the equipment shipping at all. If I can receive assistance with this issue, I would really appreciate it.
