When will I receive equipment

Chatbot says I’ll get shipping info emailed within 30 mins if purchase but it’s been 6 hours. I really need to know when it will arrive.

Hi there! Generally it takes a business day to get the order details depending on when you placed the order, I can check on my end to ensure the order properly processed and is pending shipping. 

To get started, please use the chat icon in the upper right to enter Direct Messaging and send us a message with your full name and full address.

 

 Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "direct messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

I am having the same issue. Order was confirmed on the fifteenth of July and I haven't received any shipping information. It won't even give me the option to chat with an agent.

Same here my application was approved for the essential hone interent and got an order confirmation yet noting else for tracking or when it will arrive
