When will cable be restored???

I can’t reach anyone to give me answer to when will we have our cable, phone, and internet back!! It’s been over 6 hours!!!! Help!!!

Hi, user_04b2db. It's upsetting to hear you're all out on all of your services. 6 hours is a long time! You're in the right place for support. Typically, our My Account app will show a banner-pop with any estimated time of repair on an interruption and another option is using this link here: https://comca.st/3nySVqY. If you check either of those options, are you showing an interruption declared in your area?

@XfinityMorgan  the problem is I don’t have internet either so I am unable to access certain websites. That’s why I came here. I have all the apps in my phone but it’s not allowing me to access them without WiFi.

No not answered because I don’t have access to to get the I fo and if you call they hang up saying they can’t help you cuz it’s an outage! Just looking for a time frame!!!!
