When moving, asked ti move the service but created two accounts instead.

I called to move the cable service to the new address, instead another account created. I have paid new account but previous account went over due. It was forced closed.

It was simply request to just move the service.  Is there anything you can do to help me.

I can understand how frustrating it would be if you requested a simple transfer of service to your new address, only to find that a new account was created and the previous account became past due and was ultimately closed.
