When I log into xfinity.com/returns, none of my devices are showing to be selected

When I log into xfinity.com/returns, none of my devices are showing to be selected. I had a credit on my account, and now it shows a balance due to not having returned the equipment when I have been waiting for a UPS return lable to be sent to me.

All I need is the return lable and I can drop the equipment off at a UPS store. 

Please advise.

Good evening, user_n5w9lg! Thanks for reaching out about returning the equipment. The return label website will not work when your account is closed. We have a national contract with UPS. You just visit the UPS store with the equipment and let them know this goes to Xfinity. No other information is required and they take care of the rest.

They will scan, box, label, and ship it free of charge. You will get a receipt for your records. The shipments take 7-10 days to arrive and get scanned in at our warehouse. The equipment charges are reversed automatically when the equipment is scanned at our warehouse. The equipment credit can take 72 hours to reflect in the balance. 

When do you plan to visit the UPS store?

I plan on going to the UPS store tomorrow hoping you are correct about not needing a pre printed UPS label.
