when does my current plan expire?

This seems like a reasonable request.  Why can't I find out when my current plan expires?  It's not in any of the details, and your STUPID virtual agent doesn't recognize terms like AGENT or REPRESENTATIVE.  This is VERY frustrating.  Why do you deliberately hide this field?

Happy Friday user_qp964u! I hope you've been having a great week, and appreciate you stopping by our community forums with your question! Knowing when my current promotions or contracts may expire is definitely need-to-know information in my book too, and Xfinity has a couple different ways you can check out that information 👍

One of the places you can find this information is directly on your bill statement, specifically on the third page, which includes a message in green text detailing the dollar amount of the promotional discount, its duration, and the end date.

The other way to view these details would be directly in your Xfinity account after logging in online. Once logged in, you should click on the Account icon in the top right corner, select Account and Identity, and then scroll down to LEGAL AGREEMENTS AND CONTRACTS to access their legal documents.

@XfinitySeth

I appreciate your response, but it was not helpful.  My statement does not have a 3rd page, and online does not seem to have a way to access the expiration date.  It feels like Xfinity is deliberately hiding this from me.

@user_qp964u I am sorry to see you're having trouble locating this information. If you are viewing you billing statement online, you want to view the PDF version. This will give you a clear view and breakdown of your services as well as any promotional discount and end date. If you're not familiar on accessing the PDF version click here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill. Let me know if this helps.
