When can I get back to work?
Apparently my posts are getting deleted.
I have been unable to work all day due to the enhancements. I signed up for alerts and have been alerted twice that service was restored. Service was not in fact restored. Ironically, Xfinity doesn't allow you to talk to anyone during service outages. So I can't even inquire as to how long this should take. I can't inform my employer of how long it should take either. When looking at Xfinity's service outage map, it shoes one outages several miles from me. I don't know when service will return but it would be really nice to find out if anyone has an idea.

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
