When are you guys fixing your customer service issues?

I mean how is the situation like this in the big 2026 I will never know. Can I speak to someone who is preferably located in the US, speaks fluent english and can help me with my internet being down for the past two days? Thank you.

user_2lvnbf Thank you for stopping in for help with your internet connection. It is never good to hear that a customer is having issues with getting support when they are having connection issues. To start, we recommend using the Xfinity assistant through the Xfinity app for troubleshooting for any connection issues. The assistant is great at locating issues and can even help get a tech appointment set up if needed. Have you already attempted troubleshooting using the Xfinity app?
