Whats Wrong With COMCAST

First, please send any reply to MY email. It is so confusing in finding this page, I don't know if I will find it again.

That is my FIRST complaint.  You don't have a simple email address to send you private messages.  Instead I have to air YOUR dirty laundry here in a public form.  You should have an address as simple as COMCAST or XFINITY @ ?.

I have been a customer ever since Cable TV was $8.95 a month, except for when I tried satellite and I didn't like that and when the wife passed, I had some financial problems.  Which brings me to SECOND complaint.  It is pretty bad that my cable bill each month is more than all my other utilities added together and I don't get all the channels.   As a number of other people has said, you offer NO type of discounts for low income or seniors.  GUESS YOU WANT TO MAKE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT GET LARGER AND LARGER.  No need to satisfy costumers.  You'll always can get other customers.  I get discounts both with Tacoma City Light and PSE.  Now my Third complaint.  Your Program Guide is less than accurate or satisfactory.  Recently, Setting the DVR to record the Softball Tournaments and what I get when I go to watch?  I get a game that starts in the 2-4 innings. What this means is 2 things.  One the DVR did not start recording on time or that the program showed the wrong starting times, which I think is the problem.  On many occasions I will click on a program only to find something else at the channel.  If not a different program, then the wrong episode. And what is up with Information not available in the guide.  This has been going on for years.  With the rates you are charging, everything should be correct and available to the consumer.  Now if you do care about the consumer, YOU WILL GET A PRODUCT CONTROL PERSON TO MAKE SURE THAT THE CONSUMER IS GETTING WHAT THEY ARE PAYING SO MUCH FOR.  Oh, who are you anyway.  It's like you having a identity problem.  COMCAST or XFINITY.   Maybe if you weren't paying so much for sponsoring NASCAR events you could pass those savings onto your consumers.    ONCE AGAIN, PLEASE SEND YOUR REPLY TO MY EMAIL.

We are more than happy to review the account to see if there are ways to save you some money no problem, and also troubleshoot the DVR issue with the recording problem. We can also help with the guide issue if it's a device problem. As for what lists when, that information is given to us by the networks which isn't something I could assist with. I hope to hear from you again to allow us to assist you in the near future.
