What's the status of my order
I want the status of my order and what happened to the installation appointment I had scheduled for today. I ordered x1 boxes so I can regain TV service after I swapped to 3rd party modem, scheduled an appointment for today, and shockingly enough.....**poof* the appointment has disappeared.....shocking
