What Xfinity Customer Service Is

Hello,

I wanted to share the inadequate response I received from Xfinity’s AI customer service chatbot. We’ve all been there—over 30 minutes just trying to reach a real human.

This time, I was contacting them because our service was down again. The bot told me it was going to reset everything to default, and since it’s a bot, there was no option to say “no.”

Here’s the follow-up email I received afterward.
