What is the policy on entering a customers enclosed areas or inside the home when the owner isnt present
I had a tech. enter my back yard without my knowledge of his presence and he got bit by my dogs. The cable lines sits 6 inches before the gate to the back yard.

Hi there and welcome to Comcast @user_pvf45d. It depends on the area. Techs can go into some yards without customer being present. They are not allowed to got inside customer homes without someone 18 years or older being present.
