What is the information to contact corporate regarding Xfinity Mobile charges?
Hello, I returned two phones that were never activated or opened. I am receiving a bill and repeat charges to my credit card monthly since November 2023. There is no active phone line currently nor did I even receive a phone number. I want to clear this matter up before Xfinity attempt to send this account to a collection agency due to not properly cancelling this account.
Customer service was not helpful in completely cancelling this service. First, I felt misled into getting the cell phone that led to the cancellation, now I am being charged for phones that I do not have. Come on Xfinity...

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
