A representative called us and helped schedule a tech appointment. They will be coming by same day with my issue. I asked representative for a phone number that would connect me directly to the tech appointment people because if I can rectify this issue with the printer folks, I want to cancel the tech appointment. I explained how painful it was for us to try to get to a live agent.

user_dtus1z Happy to hear that the appointment had been set up. If needed, you can actually cancel the appointment right inside the Xfinity app or by logging into the http://XFINITY.com site.

Is there a way to talk with someone??  They have me on a list for a follow-up after restart, which ended last night.  How do I get support?  My next move is to cancel my service.  This is just too much.
