What is Brian Roberts' email

I need to contact him to discuss the absolutely horrific treatment and service I've received over the past 7 days. I've spent hours on the phone, hours in chats spoken to dozens of people, and have been consistently lied to 50% of the time and given no information the remaining times. 

It is appalling.

I don't mean to be disrespectful, but this has to be the last time I ever explain it. 

The net is, my router is bad. The ethernet ports are bad on the router. One was promised to be delivered over night (last Wednesday) after I was kind enough to agree not to use the tech that was scheduled when xfinity called and requested I help you out (because you're really busy).  

The number of times I called and hours wasted trying to get this router is shocking to me (who works in tech and supports customers as well). 

I am not going to a store. I want the router dropped off, as promised, at my home. For some reason, this task seems impossible. 

So to make it better? Get me my router. Please. Please, I'm begging.
