What happen to trying to keep your Customer?

I have been with Xfinity for 10+ years I'm finally canceled all my service with them. I moved my internet to sonic and now im disconnecting my xfinity cable service since they trying to make me pay $160 for cable service alone when it was $100 to begin with and they blame it just a promotion deal. I told them im not paying $160 for cable service aint no way im doing that and they say they cant do anything. I remember back then when you try to cancel xfinity they would give u a sweet deal so they will continue doing business with u. Now a days they don't even care if you cancel or not. Good luck every1.
