Help isn't always immediate here.  While we do have employees that help out they are helping customers in the order in which the customer posted and in which the employee requested information from them.  Your post isn't being ignored.

I completely understand.I just missed a mayo apt due to not having my phones working and mos of dealing with them .no higher management within there company to deal with. They have stress m out to the max ..
