what do I need to return in the way of equipment when I terminate my plan?

I need an itemized list of the equipment I need to bring to the Xfinity store.

Can you look up my account?

An agent I spoke with said she sent, but it never came..articles about how to return the equipment, but not the actual list.

@user_gm27e Good morning! We appreciate you taking time out of your day to reach out to our Xfinity Forums. I'd be happy to take a look at your account, and confirm the equipment needed to be returned. When you get a moment, please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address. 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
