What do I do to get new cable box??

I just recently signed up for a new Xfinity plan.

It says the plan includes "First 4K TV Box" ...

I have a couple of questions about this:

1. does this box replace our existing HD cable box?

2. how do I go about getting the new box? We used to go up to the Comcast office in Union City to do such things, but that office no longer exists...

derelict Thank you for reaching out to us here with your questions! If your existing X1 box is not 4K then you can definitely exchange the X1 box you have for a 4K box at your nearest Xfinity store. I am sorry to hear the Xfinity store you used to go to has closed, you can find the closest Xfinity store to you by going to the following link https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers.
