What Department do I contact to bury a cable line?
Hello. Work was done in the neighborhood in July 2025. As a result, there are Xfinity coax cables lying in the gutter. These lines connect to a tap, run down another length of gutter, connect to the next tap and so on. This goes on for about 10 houses.. I called in the past, and all the represenative on the phone said was she could send out a technician. A technician came out and said he could do nothing about it - that it was a construction (or commerical?) xfinity issue. Who do I call to get these lines buried. They are everywhere and it's been 5 months. Thank you.
