We appreciate you reaching out to us over our Community Forums. We would be more than happy to help get you pointed in the right direction. If you are referring to DVR storage, to cancel extra DVR storage, you need to access your X1 TV Box. 

Go to **Main Menu > Saved > Recordings > Upgrade DVR Plan**. From there, you can manage your current DVR storage plan.
