...what about those of us who did use a portion?
Hi I saw that huge thread of people who were getting their expired gift cards reissued....what about those of us who used a portion of it? I used $40 so $60 is still on there. I worked very hard for this $100 gift card so the thought of eating that 60 bucks is upsetting....can I be helped or is it a lost cause?

Howdy user_t32fk6 👋 I appreciate you bringing your question to our community, and glad you were able to take advantage of that prepaid card with your signup! When it comes to your balance on the card itself, the card is only active for six months after its activation, and unfortunately we cannot reissue or extend the life of any balances after the card has already been used for any transactions.
