What a waste of service and time!!!!
15$ late fee because your store was closed and I couldn't make my payment through the phone because it said I must go in store to pay my bill. I do not recommend Xfinity everyone is leaving this phone and Internet service because they overcharged and scam you out of your money!!!!!

Howdy user_g0bc3h Have you explored the autopay option? We offer discounts on the service in most areas for autopay, and that avoids any hassle of needing manually process those payments each month. Traditionally, we offer a $2 discount for autopay using credit/debit, or a $10 discount for autopay direct from a bank account.
