what a disappointment

you guys are already known as "scamcast" and the lawsuits over the years show. Yet, I stuck it out with you, even though your rates are oppressive. Now, with the lose of THE two best channels as the NFL season approaches, you guys are going to have a mass exodus. why aren't other providers going through this issue? You guys literally charge the most out of the big names already! Do what they're asking, scammers, pay it yourselves and don't put it in the customer. You have plenty of money to renew the contract, stop being cheap!

I can definitely understand why you're frustrated, especially with the NFL season approaching and uncertainty around channels you enjoy watching. Contract negotiations between TV providers and network owners can unfortunately impact customers, and I know that's not the experience anyone wants.
