I was unable to pay for bill through app as usual an my local store doesn't expect payments I was advised to go to nearest western union for payment. I do need my service how long does it take for payment to be accepted?

Payments can be made online at https://www.xfinity.com/bill-pay, through the My Account App or over the phone through our automated system. A computer-generated e-mail regarding the payment will be sent to the e-mail address on file within 24 hours, and it will appear on your next bill.
