West Palm NBC

I am so disappointed that Xfinity has dropped NBC from the WPB Channel lineup. No more PANTHERS GAMES! NO MORE Saturday Night Live! Every customer should be complaining!

user_guna75 E. W. Scripps cable network programming is currently unavailable as our agreement with E. W. Scripps has expired.

Please know we pay programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and a number of reasonable offers have been made and they haven’t been accepted. Comcast is working toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for customers. I know unexpected changes to your TV lineup can be frustrating, and I apologize for any inconvenience. For more information, visit https://www.xfinity.com/programmingchanges.

I really do not feel that your pricing is fair....As it stands I am still paying the same amount per month and not getting what I pay for. Your dropping Scripps / NBC, I should be paying less, because you are paying less.

Hello @user_guna75 although I cannot manually reduce the cost of your current TV package, I'd be happy to discuss our other TV tiers. If you'd like to downgrade send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

Xfinity is doing a HUGE disservice to its' customers by not making more of an attempt to come to an agreement with Scripts.

I have tried to contact Xfinity customer service to complain to no avail. They clearly do not care about their customers. Very sad!
