West Houston outage 3/31
Our area was down for 8 hours Friday night and there's no communication regarding what happened. Tmobile was data also barely working during this period.
How do we get more info on what happened?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_cb4aeb Hello and good morning, and thank you for reaching out here over our Xfinity Community Forums. I am so sorry to hear that your services were interrupted unexpectedly, that would definitely be really frustrating. Anytime you Xfinity services are interrupted, you can view much of same information we have available here, including ETA's for service restoration (when available), the ability to request a credit, and more by visiting our Xfinity status center, located here https://www.xfinity.com/support/status. I would also be more than happy to provide any other details we have available regarding what may have cause the interruption in service, no problem at all. To continue, please reply in a private message by following the steps below:
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
