We're unable to connect with the Xfinity Assistant. You can try logging in to My Account or chat with an agent for more help.

Xfinity Assistant is stuck in a loop, and just gives this answer every time I try to ask a question. How can I chat with an agent? I tried sending a direct message to support through this platform and was told that was a violation of terms of service.

I am having this same issue. And they are charging me 10 dollar a day in late fee when I owe NOTHING, I literally have credit on my account. No customer service to speak with, fees are at 110 now. Worst company, get out now before they do the same to you.

@user_f09hhf​ i was able to get someone on the phone! i've also had success in the past going to a physical xfinity store and had good service there - recommend it if that's an option for you!
