Welcome Xfinity Rewards Silver member!
I received this email when I upgraded my internet account and looking into this because when I click on the link it says you are not eligible with no explanation whatsoever...?
Please tell me why I am not eligible for the rewards program? Confusing for sure.

Thanks for reaching out to us we do apologize for any inconvenience you're having accessing the Xfinity rewards. When you go this link https://www.xfinity.com/rewards are you signing in with the primary user ID for your xfinity account?
