Weird texts from xfinity
On the 3rd I received a login code text when I had not made a login attempt I freaked out but was assured everything was ok and nothing on my account had been changed. An hour later I got a welcome to xfinity text with my first name saying my order had been placed to an address I don’t live at. Contacted xfinity again and while they weren’t helpful as to why my number was receiving these texts they confirmed no order was made on my account. i got a ups shipped delivery text a few days ago and just now received a activate your modem text too all of these from the 266278 number also got a text from a 934489 number saying this
“Hi, Xfinity here! Please provide feedback on your most recent experience with Xfinity. Msg&DataRatesApply. STOP to end msgs.”
“Thinking about your Getting Started process, how likely are you to recommend Xfinity to friends & family? Reply from 0 Not at all Likely to 10 Extremely Likely.”
anyone else having this problem? Was told to ignore and not click anything but I just feel very unnerved about the whole thing lol

@user_d7e5c5 I would venture to say that someone didn't know their phone number, or transposed a couple of numbers, when setting up 2 factor authentication.

Concern not "Community Center" related. Concern moved here to the proper help section. And for greater exposure to actual Comcast employees for assistance.
