Weekly free movie perk, the app says "Member Favorite - All Gone."
Hello, I am a Diamond tier member. For the past two months, whenever I log in on Thursday mornings (as early as 8:30 AM) to claim the weekly free movie perk, the app says "Member Favorite - All Gone."
My Diamond status is active, so I'm not sure why I am completely locked out of this benefit every week. Can an official agent please help me look into my account? Thank you.

@user_a26746 Our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you. Every Thursday a new perk is unloaded, and it may not be a movie.
For our free this week I am showing September 28th to October 4th: Pasiones, RCN Novelas, aspireTV+
