Website keeps signing me out
Hello!
I'd like to order a new xFi plan, but every time I try to sign into my xfinity account to do so, the website logs me out before I can even do anything, this is incredibly frustrating, especially since I have no internet in my place right now and need it. Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_ecjnxy! Just to confirm, are you trying to sign up for a new internet plan or are you trying to add xFi Complete to your account?
Additionally, do you have any browser extensions or device features blocking cache and cookies? This may be causing the website to log you out.
