Website is completely unusable

I've been trying to create a plan, log in to my account for days now. But this is just appalling. Logging in redirects me straight back to the home page (still logged out). Creating a plan leads me to an endless loading screen that ends with an error. When I try to talk to an agent, I CANT. when prompted to input a zip code, it doesn't work! I've tried different devices, browsers, internet. NOTHING. The address I need Wi-Fi doesn't have any other supported providers, so I'm FORCED to use Xfinity. Can I receive some sort of help, maybe a working website! I tried to use the app, but of course I need a plan in order to use it, and I can't make one!

Hello, @StuartM500. I'm sorry to hear about the negative experience you've had while attempting to create a plan. I appreciate you doing everything you can on your end including using different devices and browsers. I'd be more than happy to help create an account with us.

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.

@StuartM500 Just as a friendly FYI, this is not a traditional chat platform, and we do assist multiple customers at the same time. It also takes a little time to find and familiarize ourselves with specific accounts, so that we can provide the best and most accurate assistance. So there may be delays between responses. The beauty of this platform though, is that once you make it here, you won't be disconnected.
