Website and chat bot [Edited: Language]. Let me speak to a REAL PERSON
I've been trying to get a question answered for an hour. The chatbot tells me it will forward me to a real person if it can't help. It can't help with literally anything, the big [Edited: Language]. There's no human contact and I'm getting no support. For the amount of money I pay I'm getting 0 help and it's not acceptable. If this post doesn't get me answers I'm cancelling my membership.
I am moving and put all the information in for the move. The information was processed and Xfinity created a new account for me under that address, but I haven't received any confirmation or any equipment or any information regarding this. I'm paying for something I don't even have. Unacceptable. Any time I try to get answers from a real person I'm blocked by the [Edited: Inflammatory] chat bot. Can someone please help?
