Website and App won't let me remove extremely old tv plan
I've been trying to get my plan to change into internet only but whenever I attempt to remove the tv plan I've been on it gives me the Unable to remove this service error. I know for a fact there is not any kind of agreed contract term that I'm still bound to because the tv plan I have is one from many many years ago and this error has been stopping me from being able to adjust my plan the way I would like it. At this point I may just fully cancel my services an sign up again selecting only internet. I have tried removing the tv plan from my account on the app and from a pc via internet browser and both give me errors.
