Webmail interface now in dark mode. Restore?

I use the Xfinity webmail.  Today I must have hit some magic combination of keys that took my interface to a dark mode - black with white text, and no lines.  I want to restore it to what it was.  The "Settings" only allows you to choose color themes: not this.  It doesn't seem to have anything to do with my computer's settings or Chrome's settings.  Any thoughts on how I can get back to where I was?

@user_aa3eec Hi there! That's odd. Have you tried on a different browser to see if it's showing the same layout?

Did you change the Theme under (gear icon) / Email Settings / Basic settings / Theme? The default is "Xfinity".

Have you tried restarting Chrome?

The theme appears to be just for color choices, not this dark mode.  I’ve always used the Dark Green mode, but for purposes of this test I switched to  the default “Xfinity”, (no change); restarted Chrome (no change); and rebooted the computer (no change).  It’s a mystery…. Thanks for your response.

That is a little unusual. I was just experimenting with my own Xfinity Connect page, switching it from Dark Green, to Xfinity, to High Contrast, etc., but I wasn't able to make it look the way you described in your original post. It did transfer the settings I chose in Chrome, over to Edge, and Firefox, when I logged in on those browsers. I'm assuming the colors and fonts are still normal on all of your other pages and tabs, besides Xfinity Connect, correct?

Yes. that's what is so odd.  And as I mentioned, I changed no settings.  But it did happen immediately after I started typing something in an email, which is why I'm attributing it to a random series of keystrokes.  Even this Xfinity forum page that I'm typing in now is normal.  It's just the webmail interface.  I guess I'll just have to use it in Edge.  By the way, here is a partial screenshot of it. Thank you for providing that screenshot. I pulled it down because it contained private details, but I was still able to see what you were talking about. That definitely looks like a dark mode setting, but I have no idea why it's only affecting that one page.

I was able to find a keyboard shortcut for High Contrast mode in Chrome: Alt+Shift+PrintScreen. (Note: must be the left alt and left shift key.). Is it possible that was the combination you unintentionally used?

I can’t imagine: they keys are too far afield.  Plus, when I hit those keys, it asks if I want to turn on high contrast mode — indicating to me that the dark mode I’m in is not already high contrast mode.  And I’m not going to answer “yes” for fear of messing up all other Chrome windows and tbs.
